You will steer workflow, set clear expectations, and be the face that our customers trust. You will lead technicians with respect, quote out entire work orders and make informed and timely decisions. Billing efficiency, effective labor rate, and revenue generation are outcomes that you help drive because you will keep the ball moving and the team aligned.
In the first 90 days, the win is simple, and the goal is clear. You get it. You understand our “why” and our pace. You begin real relationships with customers, earn trust with colleagues, and you prioritize and execute without having your hand held. You show up motivated, you think critically, and you communicate clearly.
This job is hard, and not for the faint of heart. Long days and a rapid tempo are on the horizon. Everyone relies on you. You take ownership, make confident decisions and have honest conversations in daily life. You are sales-minded and service-proud. Automotive mechanical knowledge or prior service advising experience will absolutely help, though integrity, drive, and respect are mandatory.
We run standard salary weeks at 44 hours, with high volume when work demands it.
