Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Aesthetician/Laser Tech (electrolysis considered a asset but not necessary) is to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced skincare treatments and aesthetic services in a professional, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for beauty and wellness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is integral to enhancing client satisfaction through personalized treatments, product recommendations, and professional guidance.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Facials, laser therapies.
Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable skincare solutions and retail products.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and retail offerings to promote upselling opportunities.
Manage scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries professionally.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
Support the overall guest experience by delivering friendly hospitality and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
Stay informed about new treatments, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide expert advice.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry preferred.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to aesthetic treatments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest services is highly desirable.
Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair styling are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Certification or licensing as an aesthetician or laser technician required where applicable.

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
