Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician specializing in residential and commercial carpet cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of client facilities. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced eco-friendly carpet cleaning equipment and tools while delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

Duties

Operate various cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning machines, to thoroughly clean carpets, upholstery, and flooring.
Utilize hand tools for maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment.
Conduct heavy lifting of cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture when necessary.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in both residential and commercial environments.
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on cleaning services.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to prevent accidents or damage.
Keep detailed records of services performed and report any issues or damages observed during work.

Requirements

Previous experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or customer service is preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients professionally.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required for traveling between job sites. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding service in both residential and commercial settings.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
