Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their needs.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.Manage time effectively to maintain service speed during peak hours.

• *Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
