What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems with expert precision — water distribution, drainage, venting, and fixtures.
Install and service hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and boilers.
Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts for new installs and retrofits.
Commission and test installed systems to manufacturer and code standards.
Communicate clearly with customers — explain options, walk through recommendations, and earn trust in every home.
Work alongside a team of highly skilled home service professionals.
Deliver 5-Star service, every time.
Mentor and support the next generation of tradespeople as the plumbing division grows.
Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride — in every home, every interaction, every day.

Starting at $90,000/year — base salary plus spiffs, bonuses, and commissions. Your effort directly drives your reward.

Requirements:

Red Seal / Journeyman Plumber Certification (required, non-negotiable)
Gas Fitter Certification will be considered an asset
Valid BC Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (required, non-negotiable)
Clean Criminal Record Check
5+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong working knowledge of BC plumbing codes
Experience with hot water tanks, tankless systems, boilers, and furnaces considered an asset
Blueprint reading and system layout skills
Strong attention to detail — you do it right the first time
Able to reliably commute to Abbotsford, BC
Perfect English communication skills
