We are looking for Head Housekeeper to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Assign daily room and cleaning duties
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Monitor room status and communicate regularly with the front desk and maintenance departments
Ensure rooms are completed accurately and on time for guest check-in
Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, amenities, and inventory
Report maintenance concerns and follow up to ensure repairs are completed
Assist with cleaning rooms, laundry, and public areas when required
Maintain proper lost-and-found procedures
Ensure staff follow workplace safety, cleaning, and chemical-handling procedures
Address performance concerns and help maintain a positive, productive work environment

Job Expectations:

Lead by example and maintain a professional attitude
Be reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
Work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment
Be available to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required
Be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical duties throughout the shift
Communicate clearly with management and other departments
Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property

Qualifications:

Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and solve problems independently
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and workplace safety

This a full-time, year-round position at Waterton Glacier Suites

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
