The Role:

We’re looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property damage. If you’re motivated, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a full-time position with competitive wages based on experience, certifications, and skill level. We also provide ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career.

What You'll Do:

Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleanup.
Remove and replace damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and insulation.
Assist with repairs (e.g., drywall, mudding, painting, trim work).
Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
Perform asbestos/lead removal-related duties, including assisting with containment setup, cleanup, and disposal following company and regulatory safety procedures.
Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination. This includes cleaning areas affected by biological or organic materials.
Complete water, flood, and restoration duties as required.
Participate in the weekly on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend mitigation calls.

What You Will Need:

Experience in restoration work (water/fire damage, mold remediation, or construction)
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC or equivalent safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces
Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record
Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
