Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process, while providing exceptional customer service. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market research, and facilitating negotiations to ensure successful transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
Conduct thorough market analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Market properties through various channels including online listings, social media, and networking events.
Negotiate offers and counter offers on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining records, and coordinating property showings.
Stay updated on local real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Experience

Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using technology for marketing purposes and administrative tasks.
Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
Self-motivated and goal-orientated
Sales experience, corporate or retail, is an asset

Requirements:

Real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required
