What We're Looking For We need a motivated Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at working on a large customer-focused team. Key Requirements

Exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills
Detail orientated
Service Advisor experience would be an asset however we are willing to develop and mentor the right candidates to be successful in this role
Knowledge of warranty claim submission preferred
Valid BC Drivers License is required
Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge

Work Conditions

Sales environment with casual professional dress code
Some outdoor work required in the furtherance of maintenance service
Retail store hours with weekend work required
Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
