J.D. Irving CNB Woodlands is seeking an experienced Cook Assistant/Custodian to join out dynamic team at our Chipman Camp location.

Cook Assistant

Assist Head Cook as required.
Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, supper) for a large crew.
Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste.
Maintain top-notch cleanliness and food safety standards in all kitchen operations.
Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences whenever possible.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Custodian
Clean and sanitize sleeping quarters, washrooms, showers, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with camp protocols.
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
General Maintenance indoor and outdoor.
