Summary

EA Melanson & Fils Ltée is looking for motivated and reliable Greenhouse Staff to join our team full-time / part-time basis for the spring season (from May to June). Successful candidates will assist with daily greenhouse operations and plant care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Watering and caring for plants
Planting, transplanting, and organizing flowers and vegetables
Assisting customers as needed
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of greenhouse areas
Loading/unloading products and supplies
General greenhouse and seasonal duties

Qualifications

Ability to work in a physically active environment
Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in warm temperatures
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous greenhouse, gardening, or retail experience is an asset
Mechanical knowledge is preferred for troubleshooting equipment.
Familiarity with hand tools and gardening techniques.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
