Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused attitude. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to both staff and clients. The Office Assistant will be responsible for various clerical tasks, data entry, and maintaining an organized office environment.

Duties

greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients effectively.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy in communication.
Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.

Experience

Previous office experience is preferred;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated customer support experience with effective phone etiquette.
Clerical experience that includes filing, data entry, and general administrative duties. We encourage candidates who meet these qualifications to apply for the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team as an Office Assistant.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
