Full job description

We are the largest distributor of books to schools and libraries across Canada, and we continue to grow every year!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, part-time Telephone Sales Representatives to join our friendly and dedicated team in our Collingwood, Ontario office.

In this role, you will connect with schools and libraries across North America, build relationships with customers, and help promote our educational and library resources.

Please note: This is an in-office position located in Collingwood, Ontario. Remote work is not available.

What We Offer

$18.30 per hour
Sales-based commission opportunities
Fully paid, comprehensive, and ongoing training program
Two fixed part-time shift options: Morning Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Afternoon Shift: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

What You'll Do:

Call schools and libraries to promote and sell our products using a proven and effective sales script.
Answer questions from prospective customers and provide product information.
Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally.
