Full job description

Full Time, AZ Roll Off Truck Driver Required!

Looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Roll Off Driver / Float Driver to join our growing team.

Someone who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks including disposal bin services, equipment float moves, and material deliveries.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to work as part of the crew—not just drive. Candidates must be willing to assist with equipment operation, loading/unloading, and general labour duties when required.

Position Responsibilities

Delivery and pickup of disposal bins (roll-off bins)
Transporting equipment and machinery using float trailers
Material hauling and job site deliveries
Safe operation of commercial trucks and trailers
Daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Securing loads safely and in compliance with regulations
Assisting with equipment operation when required
Supporting crews with general labour duties as needed
Maintaining professional communication with customers and coworkers

*Occasional out-of-town and overnight work is required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
Valid AZ drivers license
Clean driver’s abstract
Experience with roll-off bins, float trailers, and heavy equipment hauling preferred
Ability to safely load, secure, and transport equipment and materials
Comfortable operating equipment and performing physical labour when needed
Ability to lift over 50lbs
Working in various environmnets; heat, rain, snow etc.
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for occasional overnight work

Office is based in Bowmanville, but work all throughout GTA and beyond.

Pay rate is dependant on experience, abilities and certifications.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
