Bookkeeper | $50,000 - $65,000 | Brooklin

Bookkeeping is often described as “keeping things organized.”

Which is a slightly understated way of saying you stop businesses from becoming expensive mysteries.

This established CPA firm is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support a portfolio of small businesses, family-owned companies and owner-managed clients.

What you’ll do

Manage bookkeeping across multiple client files
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain general ledgers and financial records
Work extensively with QuickBooks Online
Communicate with clients and resolve discrepancies
Support the accounting team with year-end files

What they’re looking for

3+ years of Canadian bookkeeping experience
Previous CPA firm experience
Strong QuickBooks Online skills
Strong written and verbal English communication
Excellent organization and attention to detail
