Full job description

Join Our Professional Healthcare Team

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaner/Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our busy medical clinic in Oshawa, Ontario.

This is a part-time evening position, working weekdays only after clinic hours. We offer flexible scheduling, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking supplemental income. The position is also well suited for a couple who enjoy working together.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize examination rooms, offices, reception and waiting areas
Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect floors and surfaces
Clean and sanitize washrooms
Empty garbage and recycling containers
Restock washroom and cleaning supplies as needed
Ensure the clinic is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and infection control
Report any maintenance or supply issues

Qualifications

Previous commercial, medical, or office cleaning experience is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning products, disinfectants, and safe cleaning practices
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Legally authorized to work in Canada
