Job Summary
Our growing ecommerce business delivers quality products to retailers and restaurants, focusing on exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise. This is a critical requirement as proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for performing tasks including order management, customer service and data entry. Schedule 2 to 3 days per week, day hours only..

**Primarily remote with occasional in person visits.

Role Description

Full cycle bookkeeper with on-line QuickBooks
Payroll, Payroll tax, WSIB, HST payments
Process payments
Create and send purchase orders to vendors
Provide excellent customer service by email and phone
Reconcile bank, credit card and Paypal and similar statements
Perform other administrative and supportive tasks
Entering orders in the system

Qualifications

Proficient in on-line QuickBooks specifically in A/P, A/R and general accounting, with 5+ years experience
4+ years experience in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective phone and customer service and problem solving abilities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent English written and spoken skills
Perform administrated tasks as needed
Attention to detail and accuracy with ability to work in a fast paced environment
Software used: On-line QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Ship Station
General knowledge of office apps
Emailing with Outlook
