The Opportunity
We are looking for driven, client focused real estate salespersons to join our team. Whether you are an experienced agent ready for a brokerage that actually supports you, or a newly registered salesperson hungry to build a strong foundation, you will find the structure, mentorship, and tools here to do the best work of your career.
You will represent buyers and sellers across residential and luxury markets in Durham Region, backed by an in house marketing team, a dedicated client care function, lead generation support, and proven operational systems.
What You Will Do
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions from first conversation to close
- Build and nurture relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business
- Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and market evaluations
- Negotiate offers and agreements in your clients' best interest
- Stay current on Durham Region market conditions, pricing, and inventory
- Maintain accurate records and uphold full compliance with TRESA and RECO standards
- Represent the Fraser & Co. brand with professionalism and care at every touchpoint
What You Bring
- Current registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), or active enrollment in or completion of the Humber College Real Estate Salesperson Program
- A self starting, goal oriented mindset and a genuine drive to grow
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- A valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation
- A commitment to integrity, discretion, and a client first standard of service

Compensation
This is a commission based, independent contractor role with strong earning potential and no ceiling on what you can build.
