Full job description

Job Summary
Elevate Dermatology is seeking two dedicated and organized medical office administrators to join our busy medical and cosmetic dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date patient records.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
Handle filing and organization of patient documents and office records.

Skills

2+ years' experience working in a receptionist role. Experience in a medical office, is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone manner.
Experience with ACCURO EMR is ideal but not required.
Competence in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
Friendly and personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
