The Relationship Agency is a couples-focused group practice in Durham Region with offices in Ajax and Oshawa, serving clients in-person and virtually across Ontario. The Opportunity
We receive couple referrals every day and need a clinician who is genuinely passionate about couples work — not someone who "also sees couples." This is a real opportunity to build a thriving caseload quickly, with the potential to facilitate couples intensives for highly skilled clinicians.
This is not a side gig or a supplement to a full-time job elsewhere. We're looking for someone who wants a clinical home — a clinician who is invested in being part of a team and aligns with our vision and values.
What We're Looking For
Credentials & Training:
- Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with your regulatory college in Ontario
- Specialized training in at least one evidence-based couples therapy modality: Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), or PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy)
- Willingness to be trained on The Relationship Agency's clinical approach and method
- A commitment to maintaining your own clinical supervision and ongoing personal and professional development
