Junior Corporate Law Clerk

We are currently seeking a Junior Corporate Law Clerk to join our team.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting our corporate lawyer on a wide range of commercial matters, working closely with clients, lawyers, and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, in-office position offering meaningful work, variety, and stability in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing initial client communication and file opening to closing procedures
Incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, and dissolutions (Ontario and Federal)
Business name, partnership, and limited partnership registrations
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining corporate minute books
Drafting organizational resolutions and general corporate resolutions
Conducting minute book reviews and preparing detailed deficiency reports
Assisting with corporate and commercial transactions, including coordinating closings
Liaising with clients, lawyers, financial institutions, and government registries
Providing administrative and clerical support to the corporate department as required

Qualifications & Experience

Completion of a Law Clerk diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, clear written and verbal communication skills
