Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Line Cook (Grill). This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with a focus on serving customers and preparing high-quality meals. Candidates should be committed to food safety standards and providing excellent food service to our guests. Join us to bring your culinary skills to life in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your talent makes a difference!

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
Perform other kitchen duties as required such as but not limited to food preparation (chopping, skewing, etc)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper knife skills and equipment upkeep
Support food service operations by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests or team members
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and high-quality presentation
Follow food industry best practices for food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
Clean the station, dishwashing etc

Requirements

Previous experience in food service environments preferred
Strong culinary experience with a focus on grilling, cooking, and food preparation techniques
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods
Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
