Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing Medlink Medical Center team.

Job Description:

Assist patients with professionalism and excellent customer service
Process prescriptions and perform pharmacy data entry
Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization
Support pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations
Help create a welcoming environment for patients

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with patients
Motivated to help grow the business through outstanding patient care
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to commit long-term and grow with the organization
Previous independent pharmacy experience is an asset
Knowledge of Fillware is an asset
