This role involves overseeing individualized new ABA programming for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, within a structured, collaborative environment that integrates behavioural science with functional and real-life skill acquisition.
The position offers both in-person and hybrid service delivery, with active caseload openings available on weekdays and weekends.
Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:
- Clinically confident and knowledgeable
- Demonstrates strong command of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, with the ability to apply them flexibly across environments and client profiles.
- Innovative and solutions-oriented

- Clear and effective communicator
- Communicates professionally with families, team members, and interdisciplinary partners. Able to translate clinical concepts into practical, understandable strategies.
- Approachable and relationship-focused
- Builds trust with clients and families. Maintains a calm, respectful, and supportive presence in both structured and dynamic settings.
- Independent and accountable
- Manages caseload responsibilities with consistency, maintains documentation standards, and exercises sound clinical judgment with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset
- Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributes to shared goals, and values coordinated care.
- Adaptable and composed under pressure
- Maintains professionalism in complex behavioural situations and adjusts strategies without compromising treatment integrity.
- Motivated by meaningful outcomes
- Focused on measurable progress, functional skill development, and long-term impact for clients and families.
This role is suited for a clinician who is prepared to contribute to a forward-thinking program, where clinical expertise is applied in a dynamic, real-world context rather than confined to traditional models.

- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
