About Mills Gosse Psychology

For more than 20 years, our family-run practice has provided trusted psychological care to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Durham Region and the GTA. We have intentionally built a practice that combines strong clinical standards with a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment, one that values both professional excellence and personal well-being.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker to join our Ajax team.

The Role

This position involves providing therapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults at our Ajax office, with some flexibility for virtual work from home.

Who We’re Looking For

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
Experience with WSIB, MVA, or First Responder populations
Training in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, or EFT
Assessment experience considered an asset

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in counselling psychology, social work, psychotherapy, or related discipline
Registration in good standing with a regulated health profession in Ontario
Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Registered Social Workers with psychotherapy training are welcome to apply
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in-person in Ajax with some flexibility for remote work
