Job Description:

Visco Industrial Bolton Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient inventory operations and supporting purchasing, receiving, and vendor coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Post and receive supplier packing slips accurately
Assist with purchasing and order coordination
Process supplier returns, including:

* Core returns * Warranty items * Repairs * New parts returns

New parts returns
Support showroom merchandising and organization
Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Update and maintain accurate inventory locations
Conduct competitive flyer analysis
Coordinate vendor meetings and training schedules

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is an asset)
Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling preferred
