Full job description

**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in the food service industry. **Duties:** - Oversee all aspects of meal preparation and cooking in the kitchen - Ensure that food safety standards are strictly followed - Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively - Create and develop new menu items - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting - Strong knowledge of food safety practices - Excellent understanding of kitchen operations - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in meal preparation techniques - Strong leadership and communication skills - Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items If you have a passion for cooking and leading a team in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
