Job Type: Part-Time | Casual | On-Call

Shift: Nights, Weekends & Statutory Holidays

As we continue to expand, we are looking for dependable, licensed Security Guards who take pride in protecting people and property while providing exceptional customer service.

We are currently hiring Mobile Patrol Security Guards to provide patrol coverage for a client site in the Cloverdale area. This position is ideal for security professionals seeking flexible part-time, casual, or on-call work with opportunities to grow within our expanding organization.

Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Complete 3 patrols during each shift.

Weekends & Statutory Holidays

24-hour patrol coverage
Complete 6 patrols throughout the day.

Applicants may indicate availability for any or all of the above shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mobile security patrols of the assigned property.
Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized activity.
Monitor the property for safety hazards, suspicious behaviour, and security concerns.
Respond to incidents in accordance with company policies and site procedures.
Complete accurate patrol reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, emergency responders, and members of the public.
Ensure all patrols are completed according to client requirements.

Patrol Requirements

Patrols must be conducted at random intervals.
Patrols must be evenly distributed throughout the assigned shift.
Patrols must not be completed back-to-back.
A reasonable time gap must be maintained between patrols.
All patrol activities must be accurately documented.

Qualifications

Valid BC Security Worker License (required).
Valid Driver's License.
Own a reliable vehicle.
Previous mobile patrol or security experience is an asset but not necessary.
Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Reliable, professional, and customer services oriented.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
