We are currently seeking someone who is eager to learn, committed to having a safe and healthy workplace and to ensuring the delivery of quality products for the full-time position of Programming Clerk in our Puslinch, Ontario Branch.

This is a full-time salary position, working daytime hours (8:00am - 5:00pm, with a 1-hr unpaid lunch).

Please note: this location is NOT bus route accessible and all forthcoming applicants will need to have access to a reliable vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to multitask and prioritize jobs based on projected or confirmed due dates
Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
Meet all deadlines in a timely manner
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a very fast paced sometimes stressful work environment
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Inputting all material processing cutting orders
Back up for outside processing clerk re: inputting purchase orders and stock transfers that are all based on sales orders, tracking outside processing orders and updating corresponding spreadsheets, relay status of outside processing orders to shipping and operations in daily production meetings

Qualifications and skills required:

Knowledge of AS 400 would be a benefit
Knowledge of CAD would be a benefit
Grade 12 or higher education
Good knowledge of math and measurements
Good communication skills
Experience with Microsoft excel and word
Ability to climb 12-14 stairs

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
