Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Health Care Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care in a supportive environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency . The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, contributing to resident care.

Duties

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Administer medications
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members regarding care plans and resident needs
Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of care services
Valid certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate customer service
Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities
Ability to handle medication administration responsibly and accurately
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Pay: $24.86-$29.21 per hour
