Experience Requirement: 3-5 years of framing experience required

Job Description:

J.R.M. Construction Inc is a residential framing construction company operating in Delta, BC and surrounding area. J.R.M. Construction Inc. is currently seeking an experienced framing carpenter to join their team. If you have 3-5 years of experience as a framing carpenter, the following skills and are a team player, apply today!

Duties and Skills Requirements:

· Interpretation of blue prints and drawing to determine specifications and calculate requirements

· Preparing layouts in conformance with building codes

· Measure, cut , assemble, join materials to build foundations, floor beams and sub flooring, walls, sheeting, joisting

· Erecting trusses; building and installing framing for dropped ceilings according to layout

· Use of hand, power and measuring tools

· Ability to perform duties in a safe manner
