Taylor Ryan Inc is actively recruiting on behalf of a Vancouver based developer with an upcoming project in Richmond BC.

This is for a 100 unit multi-phase townhome project with a 3 -4 year schedule.

About the Role

Make sure project schedule is on track working in partnership with the Project Manager
Carry out project work plans aimed at maintaining projects on track and on budget
Manage all vital aspects of the construction site
Maintain a professional, safe and organized site
Manage all day to day activities
Manage and schedule sub contractors, suppliers and vendors
Manage direct employees, including carpenters and labourers
Manage materials and service purchase orders
Lead site project meetings and provide direction and guidance when needed
Maintain daily report and schedule to demonstrate site progress

Qualifications

10+ years experience in construction
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent at a construction company in the Lower Mainland.
Experience in wood frame construction
Experience in single-family, townhomes, or multi-family
Combination of work experience and/or certification/training in an industry related trade
Working knowledge of health and safety programs within the general construction industry
Carpentry background
Red Seal certification a strong asset

Compensation details

Base salary + annual bonus.
