Service Advisor – Nissan of Duncan

$50,000–$90,000/year | Full-Time, Permanent

Nissan of Duncan is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team — and this is a role we’re looking to fill quickly.

If you know how to build trust with customers, keep a busy service drive organized, communicate confidently about repairs and maintenance, and work as part of a team that wants to win, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

We’re part of Landsperg Automotive Group, a growing automotive group with 16 locations across Western Canada. What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and our technicians. You’ll help make sure every customer understands what their vehicle needs, what’s happening in the shop, and what they can expect next.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and building strong, long-term relationships
Scheduling service appointments and managing customer follow-up
Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle symptoms
Preparing estimates and clearly explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
Working closely with technicians to identify additional safety and service requirements
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Recommending appropriate maintenance and additional services based on customer and vehicle needs
Completing repair orders accurately and collecting payment
Following up after appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining strong CSI results and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Keeping a busy service drive organized, efficient and moving

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know absolutely everything — but you do need to know how to take care of customers and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideally, you bring:

At least 1 year of automotive service department experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to explain repairs in everyday language
Confidence recommending maintenance and additional required work
Excellent organization and time-management skills
The ability to stay composed when the phones are ringing, the drive-through is busy and priorities are changing
The ability to work independently while still being a strong team player
A valid driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
