Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks to transport and dispose of waste materials efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, familiarity with heavy equipment operation, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on timely service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver waste containers at various job sites.
Conduct routine inspections of the truck and associated equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections.
Follow all local transportation regulations, including commercial driving requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Operate heavy equipment safely during loading/unloading processes, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times.Experience
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience operating roll-off trucks in the waste management sector.
Basic skills are a plus for performing routine maintenance or minor repairs on trucks.
Experience working in waste management. This role is vital for maintaining efficient waste disposal operations while prioritizing safety and professionalism in every task performed.

Pay: $22.93-$33.46 per hour

Work Location: On the road
