As our Horticulture Lead, you will be the visionary and technical expert behind our campus’ living landscape. Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor, you will blend hands-on artistry with strategic green space management.

Design & Innovate: Shape the visual identity of our campus through creative garden design and vibrant greenhouse production
Mentor & Inspire: Guide, coach, and elevate a dedicated team of full-time and seasonal staff, passing on your expertise to the next generation of green professionals

Rate of Pay: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

What You Bring (Your Certificates and Experience):

Education & Experience: Grade 12 diploma supplemented by specialized training in Horticulture, Irrigation, Arboriculture, or Turf Management, plus 5+ years of professional landscape experience
Licences & Certifications: Valid BC driver's license. Valid BC Pesticide Applicator certificate and Level 1 First Aid (or willingness to obtain both upon hire)
Assets: BC Red Seal in Landscape Horticulture, a 2-year Horticultural Diploma, or Irrigation Certification
