Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
Manage appointment scheduling using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace applications
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records and files
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
Assist with medical or dental office administrative tasks, including patient check-in and insurance documentation if applicable
Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized for efficiency
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support office staff with administrative projects to enhance overall workflow

Experience

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably in a medical or dental setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous customer service experience emphasizing professionalism and positive communication
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for relevant tasks
Ability to type accurately at a steady pace while proofreading documents for errors
