Join the BEST Housekeeping team in Edmonton at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton! We are looking for a Room Attendant!

Our Room Attendants play a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and relaxing environment for travelers from around the world. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for service, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Create a fresh, clean, and inviting space by making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Restock guest amenities so every stay feels seamless and cared for.
Remove trash and room service items promptly to keep rooms and hallways tidy.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and any lost or found items to the appropriate team.
Use cleaning products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) safely and responsibly.
Support your teammates by helping with special projects, deep cleans, and training new team members.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to requests and ensuring a memorable stay.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.

What You Bring

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset.
A passion for guest service and a friendly, professional attitude.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties, including pushing/pulling housekeeping carts and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training is an asset (training can be provided).

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Regularly standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
Use of cleaning agents and protective equipment.
Majority of shifts are between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with flexibility based on business needs.
