Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC mills/lathes . This role involves interpreting blueprints, programming machines, and ensuring precision in the manufacturing process. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about machining, we encourage you to apply.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.
Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components.
Program CNC machines using CAD software, including SolidWorks, to create precise machining instructions.
Assemble parts and components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance production workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of CNC machinery.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
Familiarity with programming languages used for CNC operations.
Experience with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is highly desirable.
Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
