Optician/ optometric assitant/opthalmic technician

Our fast-paced eyewear boutique features a carefully curated selection of frames from the best independent designers around the world. Through meeting these designers and their teams and getting first-hand accounts of their unique stories, influences and ideas, our team is able to inspire our clients to see eyewear as more than just glasses. We work with the most advanced vision technology from the best optical labs in the world to give our patients the best possible vision. About You: You're a professional with a strong personal style/interest in fashion, a friendly disposition who enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn! Experience in the optical industry is MUST.

We’re looking for someone who is: An excellent communicator Detail-oriented, organized, and has great time management skills Independent & self-motivated A reliable team player Able to adapt to changing environments when necessary Great at taking direction Experienced in retail sales or customer service (preferred) Professional, energetic, and committed to providing a stellar patient experience About the Job: The role we are looking to fill involves working directly with patients and ensuring that systems run smoothly behind the scenes. There is a balance of dispensing duties and administrative tasks which are regularly performed, such as: Guiding clients through thoughtful eyewear selection, styling, fitting, and dispensing all while demonstrating excellent customer service and product knowledge Entering lab orders and accurate patient information, following up with labs/ vendors as needed Repairing and adjusting frames Processing & receiving orders and inspecting for accuracy Inventory maintenance Lens edging Benefits: Store discount Vision care

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays required

EXPERIENCE

Optical experience: 1 year (preferred)
Medical office experience: 1 years (preferred)
hours: 30-40 per week Job Types: Full-time, Part-time,

Permanent Salary:

From $16 upto $25 depending upon EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATION

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32,299.00-$65,000.00 per year
