Shift: Monday-Friday
Term: 2 Month Contract- July and August
Safety Sensitive: No- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation
- Collect and organize information from shop paperwork, reports, and spreadsheets

Enter and update data in Excel, databases, and internal tracking tools

Help maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation

Support the team with basic admin tasks like filing, scanning, and preparing documents

Work with supervisors and team members to confirm data accuracy

Spot and flag missing information or inconsistencies

Keep digital and physical files tidy and easy to find
