Position Summary
Farrow Built is seeking a skilled and motivated Framer to join our growing team. This role focuses on constructing high-quality shops, barns, garages, and farm structures using both post-frame and stick-frame methods. The ideal candidate brings strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on every project.

- Construct post-frame and stick-frame buildings to specification and quality standards
- Interpret and execute building plans and layouts accurately
- Maintain job site safety, organization, and efficiency

Education & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of framing or construction experience
- Experience with agricultural or large structures is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required

- Ability to work 10–12 hour days outdoors
- Lift and handle heavy materials regularly
- Climb, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather
