Conduct preliminary reviews of project drawings to evaluate constructability, quality assurance, and value engineering opportunities
Prepare detailed scopes of work tailored to project requirements
Manage tendering processes, including outreach to trades, contract negotiations, and final award of contracts
Collaborate closely with Consultants to ensure trade requirements are met in accordance with project specifications
Develop comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with staff to maintain timelines and achieve key milestones
Ensure compliance with company policies, codes, bylaws, safety standards, and jurisdictional regulations

Qualifications

Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) required
Education: Completion of a college or university program in construction or a related field
Minimum 5 years of extensive experience as a Project Manager in construction
Experience in high-rise construction is an asset
Experience with windows and window wall systems is an asset
Strong leadership abilities with proven skills in motivating and enabling teams to achieve targets and goals
Self-motivated, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and projections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
