ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who is ready to take on a key role in our company from day one. You will be the voice of SESSI Fire Protection the first impression our clients get. We need someone sharp, confident, and hungry to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from clients
Schedule and coordinate appointments and inspections
Explain our fire protection services to clients in a clear and engaging way
Convince and convert potential clients into loyal customers
Follow up with clients and build lasting relationships
Manage client files and keep our database up to date
Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handle client inquiries through our website and online platforms
Assist in preparing quotes, reports and invoices

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Recent graduate or early-career professional ready to make their mark
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and persuasion skills
Fast learner with a go-getter attitude
Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable
Passionate, energetic and self-motivated
Ambitious and eager to grow with a fast-expanding company
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in a similar role is a plus — but not required
Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
