Job Description

Discover North Mountain Construction, a leading General Contractor in the Kootenay region. We are seeking General Skilled Labourers with experience in residential and commercial construction to join our team and support our fast growing business. You will be immersed in diverse projects that keep you challenged every day, as well as surrounded by team members who share your passion and dedication. Not only do we offer competitive wages, we are located in one of the best cities in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Perform any manual labour (clean up, sweeping, packing materials, etc.)
Organize construction work areas
General construction maintenance
All other duties assigned

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

Physically fit, punctual, dependable and hardworking. Must be able to lift 30-50lbs
Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Reliable transportation to and from work
Candidate must hold a valid drivers license
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
Great communication written and orally
Carpentry skills will be considered an asset

Preference may be given to candidates with valid certifications in first aid and/or equipment related training
