Summary

"Join our team as a Firearms Department - Customer Service Representative Firearms Department at our location in Alberta. In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that assists our valued customers, ensuring they find the right products and have a positive shopping experience. Your contribution will support our mission to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships."

Responsibilities: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT PAL, DO NOT APPLY

" Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Enter data accurately into our systems to track sales and inventory.
Promote products through upselling and suggestive selling.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively."
An interest in firearms a must, training to mount and bore sight scopes available

" Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.

Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs.
Friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Ability to work well within a team and independently."
Must have a valid PAL before applying
Forklift experience an asset
