Full job description

TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for an EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR for a Fort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an office environment.

Job Description:

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and management teams

· Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, presentations and email communications

· Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars

· Take meeting notes and prepare accurate meeting minutes as required

· Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records

· Ensure that documentation is organized, up-to-date and accessible

· Coordinate and manage office processes with input from multiple departments and stakeholders

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

· Perform data entry, document scanning and records management

· Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking and general office administration

Job Requirements:

· Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field would be considered an asset

· 5+ years of Executive Administration, Senior Administration or Administrative Coordination experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver consistent and reliable results

· Ability to multitask, problem-solve and manage competing priorities

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Pay rates or salaries will be based on experience and current market standards. Only selected candidates will be contacted.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
