Become part of the Corey Nutrition Story!

We are currently looking for 1 full time employee, to join our team as a Quality Assistant. This position will be based out of Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Quality & Regulatory Manager, the primary responsibilities for the Quality Assistant is to keep our documentation, purchasing, and training programs organized and compliant. Help maintain regulatory and state documentation.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Maintaining training records and administering the training program

· Preparing and maintaining regulatory documentation

· Completing state filings and maintaining current registration records

· Managing document control, including revision tracking and record retention

· Purchasing and coordinating orders with suppliers and internal departments

· Providing general administrative support to the Quality and Regulatory department

· Customer complaint investigations.

· Updating SOP’s

Qualifications: Minimum

· Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

· Clear written and verbal communication

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Comfort working both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications: Desirable but not essential as training will be provided

· Experience in food safety

· Experience in quality

· Experience in regulatory work

· Experience in purchasing

Working Conditions:

· Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm

Location: Based out of Fredericton, New Brunswick

Mobility: Must have own transportation
