What You'll Be Doing

Your day won't be sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. You'll be talking with customers in English and French, answering questions, preparing quotes, and helping people get the right products and materials.

You'll make outbound calls, solve order issues, handle delivery delays with honesty, and recommend smart options when plans change. When a customer needs answers fast, you'll be the calm, capable voice that keeps the sale moving.

You'll also support the outside sales team and build real relationships over time. This is the kind of role where being organized, positive, and sharp earns trust quickly.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll work a steady 40 hours a week. Pay for this role is $29 to $36 per hour, depending on your experience and fit. There are also opportunities for advancement and recognition as you grow inside a stable, expanding company.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're fluent in English and French, communicate clearly, and can juggle moving parts without losing your cool. You listen well, think on your feet, and care about getting customers the right answer.

You're fluent in written and spoken English and French
You have strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
You can plan, organize, and stay goal-focused
You solve problems well and make cost-conscious decisions
You can multitask, stay positive, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of steel service centre products is an asset
A trade diploma in construction, engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline is an asset
Previous sales and estimating experience is an asset
