Full job description

We want you to have:

University degree or diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent technical knowledge
Excellent customer-service, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
8-10 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, and implementation experience in Windows and Linux in virtualized environments for a medium to large enterprise
Strong knowledge and experience in Windows Servers Administration
Willingness to learn more than one of Entrust and Oracle Software (Get Access, Identity Guard, and WebLogic)
Experience administering Oracle and MS SQL databases
Strong scripting skills
Hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, Antivirus, and File Servers
Knowledge and experience in Dev-Ops is a definite plus
Experience leading customer service functions in a fast-paced and multi-project IT environment
Experience with incident and change management
Experience in vulnerability scanning, server/application hardening, and SSL configuration
Experience in performance tuning, server build best practices, troubleshooting and resolving issues
Commitment to high quality standards, striving continually for improvement
Ability to prioritize and work on infrastructure support and project implementations
