Mechanic – Equipment Assembly

Location: Gravenhurst, ON
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Since 2005, Kubota North has proudly served the Muskoka community, growing from a small 5-person team to over 30 employees with multiple facility expansions, including a state-of-the-art service bay and parts department. As a family-operated dealership, we treat our staff and customers like part of the family—and we’re looking for a new team member who shares our values.

We are currently hiring a Mechanic – Equipment Assembly to support our busy Service Department. This position focuses on assembling newly sold Kubota equipment and installing customized accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Review work orders with the Service Manager
Assemble new Kubota equipment to manufacturer specifications
Install custom accessories and perform minor modifications
Ensure equipment is ready for customer delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Bring

Mechanical aptitude or 1+ year of related experience (preferred)
Valid Driver’s Licence (Class G preferred)
Experience operating or repairing heavy equipment (an asset; Kubota preferred)
Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs and perform repetitive motions
Ability to provide your own tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and open to feedback
Computer literacy (an asset)
